Staff was very helpful and friendly. But, it seems PetSmart has a better selection of hamster things (don't get me wrong, this store had a pretty good selection) & they definitely have a bigger and better selection of crested gecko food & cage/tank accessories. But, I'll still continue shopping here for our dog, Daizy (who is a chiweenie) cuz they did have the cutest LITTLE toys for her. Which is hard to find good & little toys that aren't cheaply made. We got Daizy 2 packages of Christmas"cookies"/treats & a little squeaky toy that also has a little rubber spikey ball attached to it-all for about $10-15! They even put her "gifts" in a gift bag for free, without us asking!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Always have what I need for all our pets (bearded dragon, dog, fish, and hermit crab) also have good prices, especially if you have their discount card.
The Staff are Super Nice and very Knowledgeable! The store itself is Very Clean, Organized, and Visually Appealing. Pets are always Welcome!! And Once a month they have VIP Petcare set up a Mobile Preventative Care Veterinary Service to help you and your pets receive affordable access to Vaccines, Microchipping, Heartworm Prevention, and Flea & Tick Prevention, as well as being able to send off Blood and Fecal Testing. The VIP Staff are Super Knowledgeable and very caring of your pets needs!!
Very well kept facility lots of variety of animals and food for them. They are pet friendly and can take their dog in to see other dogs " shopping"
Loads of stuff to choose from. They had a bag of blue wilderness cat food for almost $10 cheaper than what I paid elsewhere. Friendly people working as well.
