The buttons on the remote for our TV did not work properly. Only the volume and numbers worked. We could not use the up/down channel at all to browse through and the guide button did nothing.
Beds were very stiff and pillows flat with no support. On arriving staff was very rude and argumentative.
Room was clean, water pressure and temperature was good. However, there was not enough toiletries in the room is my opinion. We had a 2 bed queen (up to 4 people) and they provided only a single wash clothes, 3 towels, and only 1 small soap bar.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. For the price though I expected better breakfast bar. No eggs, meat or waffles. Just dried up biscuit and sausage gravy that looked like paste. Local breakfast place called nick n j's saved the day though. Highly recommend them.
I stayed there three nights November q5, 16 and 17)and they charged my debit card for four. I discovered it the day after I left and reported it to the hotel. Immediately. Then reported it ro my bank . After a month, still no response from the hotel. No excuse for this. I have stayed there several times a year for many years. I won't be back.
Both the smoking and non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Room was clean enough I suppose but very outdated. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s started out ok, they had a cancellation and I was offered the smoking room for $110 a night. This was a $30 discount from their normal rate I was told. After driving all day and the then raging storm that was happening, it was a blessing. The room was ok, then we pulled the bed covers back and there was a dead baby roach in the sheets. They charged my card 3 separate times, One was credited right back, the other 2 were left pending. When I called the front office I was told this was protocol they put 2 holds on debit and Charge cards one would drop off, not a problem. Again, the next morning I was told the same thing by a different person at the front desk. It’s 3 days later and both charges have gone from pending to regular charges. I wouldn’t stay here again if my life depended on it, next time will will sleep in my truck!! I always stay at Super 8 when we travel, they are always clean and super friendly, not this one!!!!
