I came in looking for a bed, having never really purchased a bed for myself before! Madison and Olivia were very helpful. They helped me choose a Talalay Bliss bed, which I HIGHLY recommend! It was a big purchase--honestly, the biggest purchase I've made aside from cars or houses, but I can safely say it was worth EVERY PENNY. It is the best bed I have ever slept on, and I'm getting the most restful and pain free sleep of my life! Definitely let them get you taken care of you! You won't be disappointed.
I was shopping for a queen set but not completely sure what I was looking for in terms of mattress specifications. Walking into The Bed Store, I was immediately greeted by Olivia. She was extremely helpful. She pulled several mattresses out for me to try, explained the differences in design, and answered all of my questions. Eddy was also there to help walk us through the purchasing and delivery process. I will be the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer, but Olivia and Eddy made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I will absolutely refer bed seekers their way. Amazing customer service by Olivia Pool. She had other customers come in when we were there and she really knows how to multitask without making us feel we are being ignored. We have been in search for the perfect mattress and pillows. No pushiness and had all the time we needed. We purchased a latex mattress and pillows. Even if this purchase does not turn out to be perfect, the process was perfect. Thanks Olivia.

I can't say enough about The Bed Store and the folks that work there. We worked with Olivia and she was absolutely amazing. She went over an above on multiple occasions to make sure we got the beds and the comfort we wanted as well as the delivery window we needed! Great Communication - Great Initiative - And Great Follow Through! And the prices at the Bed Store were significantly better than the 60% sale prices we were quoted at Sears.
