I will most definitely recommend this place and stay if again we ever come back to the area. The place was so clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the free breakfast was amazing! Also, I must say, I have never dealt with such friendly and helpful front desk staff before. Valori helped us during our visit and she was so pleasant to work with. She was able to help us check in a little early and check out an hour later. It was a huge help during our travel. Highly recommend this place! I hope our next hotel stays during our travel are as good of an experience as this one.
Nice hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff. Hotel is well taken care of. Mall-type area near by, so there are good restaurant and shopping options within a 3 minute drive. Would stay here again.
The breakfast is simple but diverse enough for all tastes (meat, eggs, dairy, cereals, baked goods, waffles, etc.)
The hotel is big so it's quite easy to spot from the street.
The rooms are clean, large enough and with enough storage.
And all for the price of the outdated places down the street!
We came in with no reservations and had a helpful assistant mgr check us in! He showed us a map with closest places that we should visit.He was very bisy but never gave less than 100 % for us!
One of the best places to stay in Knoxville.... Reasonably priced and the staff is next level. I forgot my suit when I left and Debbie and her team called and notified me then sent it back NO HASSLE AT ALL! Very clean and in a very convenient location. WE WILL BE BACK!
And due to it's location, away from the highway, it's very calm.
There's even a small pool on the ground floor.
The rooms were very clean! Abundance of outlets light and towels! Bed was super comfortable. I always take a blanket for extra comfort but theirs was plenty.
