Our team stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed it completely! Logan at the front desk was just AWESOME!! So nice, helpful and professional! You better keep him!! This guy was always cleaning something or helping in some way when we were in Lobby numerous times throughout our stay. Thank you Logan!!! Rooms were spacious, clean and nice tall ceilings. The shower pressure gets 2 thumbs up for sure!! Loved the outdoor patio to hang out while kids played. Such a great location close to everything and you could walk if needed. A++ Definitely coming back!
Always my first choice when I'm in town. The location is convenient to restaurants and the hotel staff are top notch. I had a travel nightmare once and the staff at the front desk went well above and beyond to take care of me.
Stayed here for a weekend long baseball tournament and after not being able to arrive on a Friday night, I drove 3 hours first thing Saturday morning to meet up w/ the baseball team. The manager was awesome and let us check in by 10:30 that morning. The entire stay was wonderful, staff was amazing, and it was definitely somewhere we will return too next time we visit Knoxville!
The rooms were clean / spacious and the buffet-style breakfast was very good. The staff, specifically Assistant General Manager Alexander Oster, was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly to the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nice and clean hotel right off the interstate. Easily accessible. Located in a shopping complex with lots to do and places to dine. (Texas Roadhouse, O'Charley's, Olive Garden, etc.) Very friendly staff. Free breakfast provided in the morning. Spread isn't quite as large as other SpringHill Suites I've stayed at, but there is decent variety. Parking is plentiful and free. We stayed here specifically since the Tesla Supercharger is right next door.
