On another day there was a radio blasting again outside my window. Thankfully I didn’t see any people outside my window.
Stay was fine for 1 week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Laundry on-site was super convenient. Pet friendly. Clean place.
I really enjoyed the young lady who greeted the guest & maintained the food at the mixer that the hotel has on Mondays - Wednesdays. She was such a delight. She has such a welcoming spirit and is pleasant.
Love this place! I'm a rewards member and called the Marriott line for last minute assistance. This location had a room available. By far, this is the nicest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was a large studio; full kitchen and bath. The room was clean with fresh linens. Staff was helpful and friendly. Whenever I visit Knoxville I'll start here! Highly recommend.
LOVE this hotel. I stayed here twice when evacuating for hurricanes, and they were nothing but kind and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is very convenient to the interstate as well as numerous stores and dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable too.
I am traveling from out of State this week on business (11/26-12/1). My stay has been great. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
This was the nicest hotel I've ever been in. Fire pits outside, kitchenette In our room. The staff was lovely and we were even greeted with a hand written note from the house keeper! I will definitely keep Marriott in mind for future travels. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
On Wednesday, from 9am until about 11:30am, some landscapers appeared outside of the window by my bed with some sort of machine. They played loud music and had some fun unprofessional conversations I didn’t need to hear. Could have definitely used a warning about this activity in advanced because my shades were open.
