I've had nothing but positive experiences with Mattress Firm. I bought my first mattress from Brian at the Turkey Creek location and he was extremely helpful and professional. Mattress Firm as a whole is a really ethical company and employees do everything they can to help people and make sure they get the best price and mattress that works for them. If you hate shopping like myself, my experience was fast, efficient, and affordable. Brian asked about my price range, what I was looking for in a bed, and let me lay on some matresses and I was good to go. Delivery was fast and the guys were nice. A lot of times they have same day or next day delivery. As a social worker it's also important to me to shop ethically, and I've heard that they've donated mattresses to domestic violence survivors and foster kids in the past and I think that's wonderful and an organization I am glad to give my money to. Shopping for furniture sucks, but they made it a lot easier for me.
