This Holiday Inn was very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. It is about a 10 minute or less drive to the University of TN. They do serve a breakfast buffet. They also have a shuttle to the Univ for football games, which is $20, I believe.

The one thing I liked about this hotel that I didn't notice until we left was that they have a split indoor and outdoor pool. The Holiday Inn that is walking distance to Univ of TN only has indoor pool.

Housekeeping is great. Check in was challenging. Rates fluctuate from day to day. When I contract a rate for day one I want it to stay at that rate for my entire stay. Sometimes could be for 2 weeks but always a minimum 2days. I travel 48 weeks out of the year. I'm about done with Holiday Inn

I was visiting a friend. The room appeared nice. Everything inside and outside was clean. It's in a safe part of town, but right off the interstate which is convenient. They have an indoor pool which looked nice as well as the exercise room.

I stayed at this hotel May 24-27, along with our Destination Imagination teams. There were 20 of us in total. The customer service was outstanding, Heather was especially helpful! Coming from Argentina, we had ordered A LOT of things from Amazon. The staff was beyond gracious and understanding! The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable and after the long days, we looked forward to returning and settling in for the night, each night of our stay.
