I would like to extend my extreme gratitude to the supportive staff and owner of Rick Terry Jewelry Design who removed a ring that was effecting the circulation in my finger; something local medical offices and the emergency room indicated they were not equipped to do.
While the ring was being removed I had an opportunity to admire the truly exquisite pieces designed by a very friendly and talented group of people.
Small shop with outstanding owner. Did a small repair on an old silver cup and explained the process in detail. Did not charge for the repair he could not warranty due to condition of the cup's material.

I am wondering why my review of several weeks ago isn't here. So I spent over $500 having 4 rings sized. They were sized incorrectly for one thing . Then a section of one band just fell out! They tried to say it was my fault and that they could not make it stronger. Again I asked to have it sized correctly and said that they couldn't. Right. So it falling apart is ok. They did put a new section in the band. But I have to wear my wedding rings on a different finger so that it won't fall off my hand. Never again.
