I love shopping at Claire's with my 3 little girls!! All the different things we find and all the other extra little things made available for customers definitely makes it fun for both young and young at heart providing all to feel like a beautiful princess in their own ways while allowing the chance to bond and spend quality time!
The staff is really nice. The selection is the same as any claire's.
So unfortunate that this happened and I hope that it hasn't and doesn't happened to anyone else! My kids were very disappointed because the straps and zippers broke one the things the saved their money to buy and as for myself I just find it very odd and frankly disgustingly poor quality when someone purchases 2 packs of such variety and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM end up useless because the gems fell out of every one of them!!!!
#Should be some kind of way to make this right! At least for my babies!!!!
With that being said it disappoints me dearly to only be able to rate this store with 3 stars :-( ! The customer service was awesomely friendly and helpful! The store was nice and neat! All the merchandise was very easily accessed and well displayed! So I bet you are wondering what my complaint is then...why would I not give you the 5 stars Claire's definitely deserves? Well the first time I realized this location was here my girls and I decided to stop in and check things out and we bought a few small items and every one of them broke! I could understand maybe a necklace or bracelet or even a ring but my oldest bought a small backpack, the other 2 bought a over the shoulder purse and a wristlet, I bought a pack containing 12 nose rings and a pack containing 6 lip rings.
