I am so satisfied with my purchases and experiences with this store. Missy and Miranda are two of the sweetest people I've ever encountered in customer service. I had begun to doubt my purchases with Kay until I was helped at this store. Missy went above and beyond on any issue I've brought to her attention, even though none of them were her fault or the Turkey Creek store. I appreciate the customer service I get from this store and I will be returning and suggesting this location to my friends and family.
Was a regular customer here. Bought several pieces of jewelry here for my wife and myself. Was going Christmas Shopping here until I noticed their Concealed Carry Policy they placed on their doors. Guess I will find another jewelry shop, that doesn't mind law abiding citizens that want to protect themselves and their Loved ones, to spend my money.
