My mother has been a client for over two years. Apparently, there is a large turnover in the CNA's they hire. The last two weekends my mother was assigned a CNA to come to the house on Sat & Sun night. They never called and they never showed up. The administration at maxim seems to be at a loss to explain why the CNA never made contact with my mother. Bottom line, find a different company for the care of your loved ones - we are going to look for new providers starting tomorrow.
