Westbrook Medical has absolutely changed my life for the better! Please ignore the negative reviews from the past, these were obviously written before the staff was almost completely changed or by people who aren't receiving medications they feel they need but have no medical reason to take. I have been a patient here for around 6 years and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. The staff here have become my friends and I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical attention for any reason. Patrick, Brooke, Becky and Maci are absolutely amazing and I would follow them anywhere if they ever chose to work somewhere else. Please keep in mind, most people write reviews based on what the consider to be a negative experience and never take the time to write a review for something positive. I feel the employees at this facility are 100% top notch and they deserve the highest compliment for their care, their respect and their dedication to the well-being of their patients. I truly look forward to seeing each of them during every appointment and it's time for them to be recognized for the wonderful group they are!!!
My daughter and I are both seen here. I love Jaime for my LO. She took a ton of time with us on one of our early visits to help with breastfeeding. I have so much gratitude to her for that. She's extremely honest and you the point, and has the best bedside manor. One issue is with the 2 well visits that were re-scheduled. It was usually with a few days notice.
Jamie is amazing with our daugther. Receptionists are always helpful with getting us signed in and getting an appointment set. Waiting room is always clean.
I would highly recommend Westbrook Medical. We see Jamie and love her, and her nurse. They have gotten really busy since we started going in November and the wait time has gotten longer, but that is because they are doing so well and taking on so many patients. They are willing to spend whatever time you need to discuss issues and do not rush you at all. High quality care comes with a cost, in my opinion, and that may be a little extra wait time in this case, but I believe the wait is worth it.

The other thing that would make this a five star is a note welcoming receptionist. From my first visit to now I've never seen a happy/warm demeanor. It seems like she's not even the slightest bit happy to work here.
I went to one appointment there in 2010 and fully paid with combo of insurance and copay. They keep submitting non pay info on my credit report from 2013. I moved away from Knoxville in 2011 and there is no way I would have travelled 1,300 miles to go there. You want someone to mess up your credit fraudulently? Go there.
