Office staff forgot to order CT, lied about what was being done with the results and lied to Dr. Rangnekar about what the issues really were. Dr. Rangnekar treated me differently afterwards, I do not value his opinion anymore, he did not ask me about the issues either. In stead he assume that his office staff was in the right and didn't ask me what really happen. I did not volunteer any information as it seemed to me he was done treating me.Also, I didn't bring the issue up with him because the issues were with his office staff and not him. He brought the subject up and basically disregarded me afterwards.
I was treated with the best bedside manner ever and had a speedy recovery with my gallbladder surgery from dr.rangnekar,the surgeon.
