Ordered 3 exclusive pop vinyls thru the hot topic website received 2 of them crushed before they were even put in the box and sent to me, really! They sent out damaged items, receipt stated I could return them thru any store, was told at the store you must send them back because you paid with Paypal wasted time and gas on one trip and now must waste more time and gas to the post office not sure If I will purchase from hot topic ever again, Change your policy on returns and don't send out crushed merchandise!!

This store does have a great selection of clothing and fandom merch. But the staff can be rude. They can also be very over bearing. For people with social anxiety like myself I don't want someone to come up to me and talk about my fandom while I'm just shopping and looking. It's just invasion. Besides the rude staff members, the merch is good. BUT the store is very small. I'd rather do my shopping online.
