Absolutely horrible.. NOTHING IN STOCK AND UNWILLING TO ORDER AND SHIP WITHOUT IT COSTING EXTRA... My friends registry was pointless considering they had zero stock!!
Kristin was so wonderful and helpful with giving me all the options for pumps and pumping. She didn't shame me at all like some people do which was very nice. They were closing but she didn't rush us out and had a pleasant conversation with me.
Michelle was the most helpful person I’ve ever delt with in this store, or any store for that matter. The place was clean and in order, she was extremely knowledgeable of the car seats, most of the staff except for some grumpy old guy in the back were chipper and happy, and overall had a good vibe.
I have never had a successful shopping trip here. I have had issues with my registry from the start. Sale prices never come up successfully when checking out. I always have to pull up their website and show them that the item is on sale. They also will have sale signs (for instance) that clearly read "ALL Koala Baby 30% off" but apparently more than half of the Koala brand is excluded from that sale despite the word ALL. Some of the staff is very friendly. While on the other hand, some are very rude and speak to you as if you are asking a stupid question. I could go on but I think that I've made my point.
