I bought a stroller car seat travel system from my local buy buy baby in Knoxville, TN as the product they were not carrying anymore so I was given a discount. I didn't use the car seat a month and it became defective therefore not safe for my child PERIOD! When I contacted the local maker of the car seat (recaro) it was hell, and when it came down to my refund after paying $400 they would only give me $180 back I was furious! So being very hopeful I contacted my local buy buy baby explained to the manager Derrick my situation and he let me bring back everything even tho the return time limit had been up and they no longer carried my product he gave me my full amount I paid back and had a helpful knowledgeable staff member help me pick out all brand new stuff for my son. I was so happy with my experience and will forever be a customer of this store!

Registered for several items independently, but was really unsure about the best car seat for an infant. Breanna at Buy Buy Baby was the most helpful associate with whom I've ever dealt. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store and was very patient with two first time parents with lots of questions. A great experience for us.
I personally liked being able to try out all of the car seats and strollers. Because all strollers and car seats are created equally.
The staff & baby register people are very helpful...because that whole process can be very overwhelming the first time you are expecting a child or twins.
