Went there today with my mother who buys Christmas PJs for all the grandkids. All different sizes and some boys and girls... and she always wants them to match. It's Dec 7, and their Christmas pajamas have been out for a while so finding them was tough. But, their sales gal Brittney was super amazing. She called two other stores to find what wasn't even online anymore. She found what my mom needed and treated my mother with great patience and kindness. I've been here many times and have always had a pleasant experience.
I purchased clothing from gymboree in sevierville. I had to exchange for correct sizes so I went to the one where I live in Knoxville. they would not exchange even for different shirts of equal value even though it is the same company. very frustrating. I will not shop at gymboree again. I usually shop at children's place. never had this problem with them.
