Languid employees with an "I'm too good for this" attitude. I stood in line for a return, and when it came my turn I was told, "he'll get you over there." "He" was busy talking to someone else. After he oozed over to the register he couldn't quite figure out how to process returns from 2 receipts that were stacked in order. He tossed everything around and inexplicably started pulling from the bottom. I don't expect much from retail employees, but surely basic competence and attention to duty isn't too much to ask.
I like the store, its always well kept. However, the staff is very slow to approach. When they do they are always friendly though.
It's easy to find clothing that I love at this store.
Walked in on a whim one day and browsed around. While thumbing through a rack of clothing, I happened upon a very nice white and purple shirt. I was concerned with which size to get though (the medium was a bit too tight in the chest, but the large seemed to be a little too big on me). After looking it over in the mirror trying to decide, my friend stopped a sales associate named Hannah and asked her opinion. She was very polite, and instead of offering me an answer that would simply sale the shirt, she gave me her honest opinion that the large may be a little too big, but that it fit my chest like I needed it to, and hung on my shoulders just right. I am very impressed with her customer service, the time she took with me, and how she made sure to offer me any discounts and promotions that the store had running for the day. With employees like her, I will definitely be shopping here more often.
