We have a large car and are careful to check for height and width clearance. After washing, our brand new NV is fairly clean, with water spots all over, and there were no problems until the end when something broke our front, driver side, plastic splash guard. There should really be warnings for this posted, or the employees should be trained to watch for it.
Overall not grossly inadequate, but was disappointing. Better washes in town for same or less $
Average car wash. About 80% of car cleaned. Lots of nooks and crannies left with dirt. No obvious scratches or swirl marks from "soft touch" on my white car, but wouldn't trust a dark car here.
Vacuums are very good. Best part of this car wash.
Wheels barely cleaned even with extra $ tire clean add on. Prob 50% left for me to finish by hand.

most other car washes in town offer complementary towels and glass cleaner, or have a person at end of wash to finish off your wheels and windows. Not even anything available for purchase that I could find.
Not open because it’s 24 degrees? Give me a break and grow a pair. Put on a coat like all the other folks working outside.
I paid cash for my wash and asked to upgrade to a top tier wash. They were unable to accommodate me because I would not pay with a card. Don't bother.
Biggest disappointment is no complementary towels to finish cleaning your wheels or to clean your windows and dash etc. Will have to finish this up at home.
