So I had my RV washed here for the first time today. I immediately noticed the reception was excellent, asking details of what service I needed and the details of that service. For a bit more, they also offered to wash my 2013 F-250. The service was super fast, as there were probably 6 guys working on my vehicle. It was finished within just a couple minutes of paying. I was asked to pull around to the vacuum area so they could put on tire dressing (I paid a few dollars extra for this). The supervisor, Carlos, came down to do the tire dressing, and he noticed that the RV was very clean, but the truck wasn't. I noticed it too, but didnt get a chance to say anything before Carlos did. Carlos went above and beyond, went and got clean towels and cleaner, and hand wiped the entire truck. He did this so I didn't have to pull back around and wait in the line of several big rig trucks to get back in the wash bay. I know this isn't the typical setup that goes through a truck wash, but if Carlos is an example of the type of service you get from this place, I strongly suggest you give it a try. A+ service!!! Way to go, Carlos!
You know I have to learn not to use Blue Beacon it's almost the only truck wash in town is the way to say it but they never ever do a good job what wines up having to do is you have to go through there two or three times to get him to clean it so remember if you got to use Blue Beacon make sure you're on there 34-hour break because they won't just let you back up they make you go back and get in the line again and get in the line again and each time you go through will eat an hour to two hours also be very careful if you have bright Chrome they will spray acid on it and it will no longer be bright it will be dull then you'll have to go through and spend several hundred dollars polishing it up again
One of the best Blue Beacon Truck Wash I have ever been too. Got truck and engine washed guys done a good job on the truck after leaving i found they didn't do so good on engine . I returned after reloading later that day Josh was quick to fix the problem . I will be back for sure Thanks Blue Beacon its hard to find people who seem to care about their customers these days .

8-22-17 5am . Very rude KIDS. The worst truck wash i have ever had. If you pull a refer trailer don't expect the refer fuel tank to be cleaned. If they can't wash it without bending over its not getting wash. Never opened the hood. Reason I was told was i wasn't getting engine washed there was no reason to open the hood . Only scrubbed half of the crome push bumper. Ill tell my company dont waist the company account money there. I wont be back there..
