My SUV looks great inside and out. I got the Presidential and added seat conditioning to the package. We dropped off our vehicle at 8am, and it was done at about 4:30pm. Though, if it had been busier pickup could have been 6pm. So, plan accordingly. For the value, I am happy.

Our car had first been detailed elsewhere by a "professional team" who had left some gummy residue on a fender and stains on a seat. When confronted about it they said it couldn't be removed (?!). So later took it here to Synergy and the high school-kids working at the time said "yeah we can get that out" and they did! Nice job.
I bought a brand new car at the beginning of September. I took it to Synergy to get it cleaned, but mainly to get it waxed before the nasty weather hits. The next morning, I found several scratches on the interior rear paneling of my car. I called and they told me to stop by. I saw Jerry, the manager. He told me there’s NO WAY that they caused it. Well considering my car had less than 500 miles and was completely empty and I’m the only one that has access I find that hard to believe. He says he’ll check the cameras to see and call me. So I wait. Over a WEEK. 9 days to be exact. I finally call him and he says oh well the camera guy is coming to check the footage that day. He only comes on Mondays. Well that’s interesting because one Monday had already passed, but okay. So I get a call Tuesday and what do you know, it wasn’t their fault at all! Honestly the most unprofessional and lax place I’ve seen. If you don’t mind your car getting randomly scratched then I would recommend. But don’t expect them to take accountability.
Please bring back the owner's mom who attends to everyone so well. She understands great customer service. The young girl helping me today was not so friendly and had a little bit of an attitude. I fear this might not help business.
