I am a monthly member and this place is NEVER open when I need them to be. Consistently closed or having problems during their business hours. When I call to try to cancel my membership, they won't even answer the phone. Horrific customer service.
I bought a month-long subscription, but I'm going to cancel. The car wash leaves spots, the vacuums are so-so, no extras such as towels or even a place to put your rugs when vacuuming. Bare bone and not worth it, in my opinion. Also, I've been to the one on Middlebrook Pike and it was closed before the stated time.
