I have used this car wash for years because I like being able to get in and out quickly. Drive up, pay and go through. In and out. Today I was greeted by a young man who asked if I had heard about their unlimited washes program. I said I had and that I wasn't interested. Instead of letting me proceed, he moved closer to my car, physically blocking me from driving forward and proceeded with his sales pitch. In my no-BS, teacher voice, I asked him if he was going to move back and let me pay or not. He accused me of getting "hostile" and continued trying to sell me a product I had made clear I didn't want. I said forget it and backed up while he yelled after me, "Your loss!" No, dear. It is not my loss. It is your franchise owner's loss. Car washes are a dime a dozen, and I won't be coming back to this one.
Used to be a great deal to wash my cars here. not any more.
Best automated carwash ive seen..Car gets super clean..Even better than a hand wash..Equipment is safe and processes car through nicely...And of course you cant beat the free vacuums ..Staff is friendly and great and very quick to help..
It was fine. No damage to my Veloster. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Vacuums were not as strong as I’d hoped. They have air for tires which was helpful for me.
I've never had a problem with this car wash, but this last time I went through it left scratches ALL over the hood of my car. I didn't even notice until the next day bc it ended up raining (figures!) the day I went. It was actually my husband that pointed it out to me and he was NOT happy! Needless to say, I will never go back to this car wash. I'm so glad I didn't pay for the monthly plan that I came super close to getting!
