I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this New Balance location. We purchased tennis shoes from this location for our children at the very end of July. Their shoes, especially my son's, are falling apart. The mesh area has multiple holes and rips. Because we are 3 weeks past the "3 month" period they will not do anything about it. We have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from them over the years, but with this experience and POOR customer service we will not buy another pair. We will also let everyone we know not to go to this location!! So very disappointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful but the shoes were terrible.I have been wearing new balance shoes for years. these shoes tore after 1 month and the heal and soles were shot after less than 7 months. After spending over $160 for shoes I would expect better results. I will think twice about buying another pair of New Balance shoes
I went here last week to be sized for some walking/jogging shoes. I have very little knowledge about proper shoe fit. The kind woman who helped me there was very patient and explained everything. I ended up ordering the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I was very impressed with this store!
