We had a complex online return. The salesman was very accommodating and completed the return without issue.
I have never written a negative review, but by sharing the experience I had at this store I hope the manager will re shape the attitudes of some staff members. Me and my sister went shopping here about a month ago. She wanted to buy several pairs of shoes and I needed one. We grabbed a couple pairs from the shelves and one of the staff members -who was very nice-, was helping us get the proper sizes we wanted to try on. Suddenly this other staff member came to where we were and I perceived he was bothered, and was telling the girl helping us something I couldn't hear. Then I asked him directly, if anything was wrong. He said he needed the pairs to be returned to the shelves and us to pick up the shoes so that other customers could see. I blushed, that didn't make any sense. I explained we were looking and needed to try on the shoes to decide. He kept pacing around and looking at us the entire time we were there. I felt very offended because I highly doubt he would have done this to other customers. I felt discriminated, since the implicit message he sent was " you don't look like you can pay for this, don't waste our time and prevent other potential customers from buying".He was not nice about it either. The other coworkers were surprised at his behavior but nobody said anything explicitly to let him know his attitude was terribly disrespectful. We bought the shoes, but I am very hesitant I will go or recommend this place to anyone who is a member of a minority.
The salesman was more interested in whatever he was looking at on his phone than answering my question. The response I received when inquiring about a specific product was "no, I don't think so" then he immediately looked back down at his phone. Welcome to the mall. Sorry storefront Finish Line, you're gonna have to do better than that if you want me to stop shopping online.
My husband and i shop at finishline all the time we've spent thousands there !! I've had to call several time to recieve our rewards we've been promised 3 that have never came I called almost a month ago and was told we should receive them in a few weeks they never came so i called back today to be told it would be a few more weeks and if i want to use them i can go in store and purchase something then have the store manager call them what an inconvenience it sounded like a bunch of crap so i requested to speak to a supervisor i was placed on hold for about5 minutes then told no supervisees were available really!! I don't think we will be spending our money with them anymore horrible customer service it's a joke !!
