I had a great experience here! I am new to running, and the staff was so encouraging and helpful in finding me a shoe. I have a small foot (I wear a size 4 in children at age 25), so the selection for my size was limited. However, I still found a great first pair of running shoes. The wait to be fitted was long (35-40 minutes at least), but the staff was thorough and did not rush me even though there were other people waiting. I will be back here in the future!
Went in for a new set of road shoes. Alyssa waited on me. She was very helpful, did a fitting for me (which I hadnt had before), and set me up with some Hokas to replace my Altras. No one cared that I am a heavier runner, and weren't pretentious when explaining things. Def shop here again.
Thought this would be a bigger store, was the first store to pop up on search for Asics shoes in Knoxville..they had 3 pair.
Great store for runners - they are knowledgeable and have flexible options and selection.
Went in today with foot problems. They were a little busy, but as soon as the staff got to me, they were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely go back. Great store!
