Customer service associate was extremely rude. I will never be back into this store. I would suggest they have a meeting with JB on customer service.

Very helpful staff! They have everything from classic western boots, to work boots, and dress boots. The store also has plenty of shoes and sandals for Men, women, and kids. They truly have a little of everything and most importantly, its all at a reasonable price!
