The staff is amazing! And the food was wonderful! This is my current favorite Penn station! 5 stars!
Friendly servers but way too slow. 35 min. is to long for service. Sandwich was not good. I couldn't eat it. First and last time for this resturant.
This location has the most hard working and dedicated team. The food is always great quality and made fast. Also the manager always remembers my name and order even if I haven't come by in awhile. Always good for a fast friendly lunch break. Plus you can order ahead by calling.
I walked into the restaurant with 2 employees arguing and one even walked out and said she was not coming back. The other employees continued to talk about it. It was very unprofessional and ridculous. Im still waiting for my food, going on 20 minutes when there was only one order in front of me. Very poor experience with a restaurant that I like.
This place is awful. Noisy as hell, waited 25 minutes for 2 cold sandwiches which were mediocre at best. The staff is very rude, more than likely due to the way the manager treats them on line, and my feet stick to the floor I would give it less stars if that was an option
