Good food and fast service, but the girl who was doing the food line seemed like she needed a hug. It'll be okay man. Calm yoself.
What can I say its on the fly Chinese food. My rice was under cooked still crunchy, tons of veggies with my order skimped on chicken as well as noodles.
Tables and chairs need to cleaned. And as always here I have stop at the truck stop around the corner to get a hot tea. What kind a Chinese place doesn't have Asian tea????
First, let me say that I categorically *love* Panda Express and have eaten at various locations across the country literally thousands of times since 2001. Unfortunately, this one is the worst experience I’ve ever had. From bad to worse: most dishes were empty (had to wait for new to be cooked); the cooked dishes tasted bland, without sauce or simply wrong; the serving area was dirty with pieces of food strewn across it; the drinks area was dirty with soda and trash on counter and floor; all trash cans were full; and the bathrooms (wife used the women’s too) were despicable with trash and other fluids in the floor (the latter in the men’s). The staff was also meh, but that would have been tolerable if everything else wasn’t wrong. I hope management fixes this location or corporate changes mgmt.
I've been going to this Panda Express since it opened. It started out very good, warm food, good staff, clean restaurant, but then it slowly went south. I do notice now that there is rarely a manager or owner on site, but here was earlier when it was new. Now, the food is regularly lukewarm or room temp, the floors are regularly wet to the point it's hard to walk around the fountain area, and the staff is surly and put out if you ask for a dish that is sitting empty at the order station. I think I'll go elsewhere going forward, which is a loss for them as I was a once a week customer.
