Took a chance on this restaurant, and it was not worth it. $32 for 3 cheeseburgers, a grilled cheese, 1 regular fry and no drinks. Not worth it. Could have made the same thing at home for less. Horrible atmosphere. Chairs were uncomfortable. I don't understand the hype on this place. The food was mediocre. Not very flavorful. I've had better burgers at Steak n Shake, and I actually get a full meal with fries and a drink for only $4. If I wanted to spend $10 on a burger, I'd go to Ruby Tuesdays or Texas Roadhouse and get bigger and better portions, along with extras. Horrible first impressions. I am not impressed.
However, the people are always friendly and willing to fix the issues. Sadly they have had to fix our order at least 4 of the last 5 times we have visited.
Consistently pleasant experience. The food is cooked to order. The burgers are fresh and juicy. The frys portions are very generous and refills are free. Simple atmosphere but great option if you like it fresh and yet quickly.
Excellent burger and more fries then any one person should ever eat. I always go for the spicy fries. Also for those not familar with this chain, they have peanuts that you can eat on while you are waiting to get your burger/hot dog prepared. Win win
We used to go to Five Guys fairly regularly, but this one is sub-par at best. Compared to other locations are Knoxville, they are not doing something right.
The food and portions are good. It's really annoying, though, to have the cashier stop taking orders from the long line of customers to take orders by phone instead. Otherwise it's a nice guilty pleasure when your craving fast food.
Consistently we have to ask for toppings that are left off, like bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. The fries are always a little smaller of a portion when compared to the location in Turkey Creek or the one off Kingston Pk at Northshore.
