I had Stanley Steemer in Knoxville come clean my carpets for the first time and they really impressed me! I have had a different company cleaning my carpets annually for several years now. There was a particular stain in the carpet the other cleaners did not get out. I assumedit was impossible. This year on some advice from a real estate agent I tried Stanley Steemer and they got the stain almost completely removed! This after the stain had set in the carpet for a few months (since the last cleaning). I will definitely be switching to Stanley Steemer Knoxville in the future. They did cost just a little more than the other company I used, but I feel they are worth it. Their customer service was fantastic.
Stanley Steemer saved the day today! My daughter spilled red gatorade on our cream chair and they came out same day and worked on the stain for a long time. While he was working our 3 year old dumped food coloring on the carpet upstairs. Thank goodness they were here to help with that too! Very nice gentlemen worked hard to get things cleaned up and kept me sane today. Thank you so much!
Professional, friendly, fast, efficient, and affordable. I can't use enough positive adjectives to describe my experience. They did an amazing job with really old carpet. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
