Eli (the new management) does an excellent job. He is meticulous with his methods and provides the best quality and care possible. He offers explanations for what he service he is providing so that the client better understands the entire process and what chemicals work best for carpet and tile cleaning. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade, and my carpets and upholstery look fantastic every time.
I am pretty sure they probably went under with that type of customer service, but if they didn't, I would NOT recommend this company.
I am pretty sure they are out of business now. I had a bad experience with them a few months ago where one of the guys accidentally punched a hole in our wall. They tried to cover it up, until they finally owned it and offered to mail us a gift certificate for and a discount for next time. Not only did he not follow through with that, but when I call it goes to voicemail with no return call.
