Always have the air cranked, and all machines are always working. Busy sometimes but never crowded. Two bathrooms. Lots of parking including shaded spots. After i moved to maryville i continued to go here since the local laundromats are not worth using.
This place is so filthy all the time I usually felt dirtier after going there. Every surface would be gross, but that will be a cakewalk compared to the god damn bathrooms, floors, and mostly, the washing machines your clothes are in. I remember a particularly brutal amount of fur/hair/idk lining the machines and lids and up into the crevices. The machines right up the center when you walk in were all affected. It's seeing this hella specific grime and filth simply remain in tact for weeks, then months (along with broken machines staying broken) that really opened my eyes to how much they dgaf, and it's gross. It is aggressively disgusting in this place.
Absolutely DISGUSTING! The machines have mold in them, scum build up, hair, you name it. If I wasn't in such a rush I would have just left. It looks like nobody works here, nor has worked here in ages. Went to wash my hands after touching the gross machines....there's no soap nor soap dispensers in the restrooms. Health department needs to see this establishment.
This facility does not get cleaned. They keep roaches.
This was the dirtiest place ive ever seen in my life. I walked in and immediately got herpes and lice. Change machine spit my money back out like 12 times. Soap machine empty. My kid cant even sit at table because it looks like the chairs have HIV. Oh at washes smell worse than clothes. I am done. Too bad they make you add a star or id leave it blank. I wish i could add a pic.
