We scheduled Andrew based on reviews. If I could I would give him 10 stars. Our son bought a condo and the carpet was beyond filthy. It was awful. I really did not think it was salvageable. When they were done it looked awesome. Andrew and his son were very nice.
A tenant with a cat had left cat urine all over carpeting that was less than two years old. I thought that it was beyond repair. Hydrostar replaced the pad and cleaned all the carpets for a very affordable price. The carpet is back in great shape with no smell of urine at all. What a relief!
