On behalf of any honorably discharged veteran be aware that in order to get the veteran discount you are going to be subjected to not being allowed this unless you meet Home Depots certain qualifications. I am sure their qualifications will disqualify most veterans. You are not as entitled as some other veterans evidently.
Oscar the manager at west home depot took care of me. I appreciate his efforts to help me out. Got the tool I needed returned and it was quick after he realized what I needed.
I have been to a hundred different Home Depots all over the country. Not very in pressed how cash register/check out set up is laid out. In this store. The costumer service was great! Thank you.
Little brat working (yea right) in tool aisle sent me on a goose chase 2 aisles over. Looking for Kregg tools. I came back and asked if he had a better idea and he then said after looking through his handheld computer that they did not carry ANY Kregg tools. I told him you don't even know what it is. Will NEVER be back. F U HD
UPDATE:
Bought a Ridgid tool about 3 months ago. It broke so I had to return. After being pinballed around from one place to another in the store I was finally given a number to call for repairs. Terrible customer service and no care for the customer who is trying to grt a job completed. I will never buy another tool from depot.
Good selection of materials and staff are generally helpful, but they're not always readily available. Some difficulty getting knowledgeable help as well and may end up taking longer to get everything sorted out while waiting for someone knowledgeable to become available.
