While building our house, I had the best shopping experience with Elizabeth from the blinds department and with Jason from the plumbing department. These two, go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. They are professional, polite and respectful! Also, the crew at the paint department and the crew at the customer service desk do a fenomenal job as well! I apologize, for mentioning these great employees in a one star review.
All outdoor light bulbs should be in the same area under a sign that says outdoor bulbs. All 60 watt indoor bulbs should be in one area. Same for rest of wattage. Signs above should say 60 watt indoor bulbs. As long as every company stays separated impossible to compare prices. Also takes a lot of time to cover the length of the aisle. Thanks for answering. The worker who helped me in the plumbing area was so helpful and kind.
Unfortunately, on 10/30/17 I stopped by the Pro Desk Services to get a quote on a fence project for our backyard. As I was approaching the Pro Desk Counter, there was a guy enjoying his breakfast, a “yogurt” right in front of my face. With a spoonful of yogurt in his mouth, he asked “what’s up?” Sounded so rude...sorta like I offended him in some way. I got very angry, but tried to keep my cool so I told him I was here to get a quote for the vinyl fencing that is displayed upfront. He then replied “we don’t do fencing quotes here...go to the garden department.” Seriously?!?!? I was ready to go off on him, but thankfully another guy stepped in to help out with the quote I needed.
Do not use this Lowe’s location if you need to depend on them for delivery of a large item/appliance. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!!
I am rating this store as one star because the rating system won’t allow a half star. Purchased a dryer and was told that they had four in stock so I setup delivery. I never received a call with delivery window so I called the morning of delivery. I was given a delivery window and then received a voicemail from store manager stating no more dryers in stock so delivery would be delayed by three days. Problem is, I needed the dryer to do laundry for upcoming vacation. I called store manager and the best he could do is setup delivery for the day I return from vacation.
If you get shelving here watch out. They don't smooth the end or cap it. They also don't warn you about it and truthfully it didn't even cross my mind because of it. I ended up putting a 2in hold in my new cars headliner. When I called and talked to a manager about it did they care? No. Did they care that their workers don't give you any warning like "watch out this is sharp as a razor blade"? No. Its a law suit waiting to happen when someone bumps their arm on it and sliced open. At least take responsibility that your store needs to be trained in warning about it or smoothing it out. But no all I kept hearing is "We didn't load it". Gee Thanks for telling me something I already knew. How about just do the right thing and improve that area and say you're sorry. Home Depot here I come.
Picking up some PVC parts. My business card mag strip is damaged. Waiting on new card for replacement. Girl at self checkout says the store no longer allows manual entry. Only a million retailers allow you to enter CC numbers for online purchases. I guess if you question your staffs intelligence and abilities to execute this process, you may want to look at your hiring process. Went to Home Depot. No problem.
