Well I walked in to the place and there was nobody in there no customers and I stood there and waited for 25 minutes and all these employees just walking around like they were in a in a daze I really don't see how they stay in business this long but my opinions like buttholes everybody has one
Worst treatment I have ever received. Owner is very rude! He cussed me and hung up on me while I was trying to get information on a repair and warranty claim. I will never buy another John Deere again!
Great friendly customer service. They take time to explain things when you have questions about parts and/or service. I pass two other shops to go to come here but its worth it as they have always been honest about what they do to my equipment.
