I'm a beginning hobbyist/metalworker and the staff here are extremely courteous and friendly. I've stopped by several times and always had wonderful experiences with the employees. The shop is set up so you can explore and ponder if you don't know exactly what you need, and set up to easily order if you know specifically what you are looking for. The site also offers quite a few custom cutting and bending services, so be sure to ask if there's a specific type of cut you need. They also have an offcut section that customers can shop through if you're willing to take some time to peruse, and you can find some really good deals this way, or small scraps to practice with. I met the owner, Wayne, on a couple previous visits, and he was very friendly and polite. All in all, this is a nice shop for both the professional with specific metal needs, and the hobbyist looking to learn.
