They're a smaller place, but you don't have to interact with a single person which is nice
Very bad place they say when you cancel that you have to send in a certified letter and as long as in before the 25th of current month they will not charge for next months membership! this was a BOLD FACE LIE I sent mine in on the 18th signed and sill charging me, still cannot get it canceled!!!!!!!!!!! will never recommend them to anyone
They refused to let me cancel even though I mailed a letter, and they continued to charge me. It's a fraudulent company that refuses to make things right.
