I would recommend not signing one if you can't commit to the terms.
If you're serious about fitness then this is the gym for you.
NFC is a great place to work out. There are a lot of great group fitness instructors. Actually I can’t think of one I haven’t liked and I go to a lot of different classes. I particularly love Jo’s classes. She teaches a lot of different formats and does each one really well. From Barre to Zumba to Body Combat and more she is the best. She really gets to know the members and makes everyone feel at home.
The gym is incredible...
Great place to work out and train. Especially love the GroupX classes with Jo Chason. She has great energy and passion for all her classes and pushes everyone to places they though they could not go. Best instructor!
Top notch equipment and staff.
Great workout facility. Great running track, plenty of machines. Love cardio movie room. Most of the movies are unrealistic, futuristic scientific, dragons action hero type so it is probably a young guy picking them. I wish there were better movies but still love the place.
There's very little I can't do to get a great workout.
If this is your only complaint then that's all you... it's not this gym's fault you signed a contract and then want to break it...
I have been a member for 7 years. The facilities were great before, and fantastic now. However, the staff and instructors are the ones who rock this place. Kudos to the great team work! A special thanks to Paul, Sidney , OJ - the best Yoga instructor ever, and Jo, whose expertise, charisma, and caring captivate us all. I have to say that Strong by Zumba with Jo is my favorite fitness class: very athletic, and taught with perfect technique and endless enthusiasm. Love you guys!!!
I absolutely love working out at this gym.
The only complaint I keep reading here is about breaking contracts...
