This is an amazing place to be at if you're looking for good competition training or if you're looking to add a fitness regimen added into your life. The coaches are awesome, always willing to work with you on your desired goals, the environment is very outgoing and motivating, and they have all the equipment that is expected out of CrossFit box. Aside from the challenging training, the box is also equipped with showers and lockers for those of us who are on a tight schedule, and a visible kids room to give parents peace of mind while they work-out. Finally, there's also a mobility room that offers my favorite item: NormaTec recovery boots!
