It's super fast pace and keeps me entertained throughout the class!! The hour flys by and I feel so great after. The staff is also super friendly and I always feel comfortable!

I'm not even sure where to start honestly. I've been searching for a boxing gym for quite a while now but I look no further. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Everyone that approached me during my first visit treated me like family. Each of them were encouraging and respectful which is something I appreciated. I have nothing but good words to say about this Knoxville Club. If joining this gym is something that you're interested please don't hesitate to check it out, you won't regret it at all!
One of the best workouts I have ever had!
This place sucks!!! I moved 90 miles away from the club and after 5 months of the run around, I still couldn't get my contract stopped!!! $86 a month down the drain and they did not care one bit!!!
