Our experience ranks among the top five customer service experiences I've had with any company. Brii is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. This T-Mobile store literally has the best customer service I've ever seen! Everyone there is super chill, they treat you like they've known you for years, and they're definitely the most knowledgeable store in Knoxville. They'll tell you things that no other store will tell you about your bills, promotions, and genuinely want to help.
As a T-Mobile Business customer all of my needs can be met over the phone with the business center reps, but I would much rather come to the store & let this EXCELLENT team of employees fulfill my cellular needs!!!
Very knowledgeable staff. I have been an AT&T customer for well over 10 years, but the T Mobile plans, and particularly the international roaming service plans, are far more flexible. After two weeks, I still haven't experienced any stopped calls or data "black holes." Highly recommend this store and the staff. Ask for Chris. Top notch associate.

I LOVE "T" and the crew at T-Mobile on Kingston Pike. I live in North Knowing but take the bus all the way to this location just because of the exceptional customer service.
People here are nice although what our monthly bill was suppose to be isn't it's actually 50 dollars more a month and when I question it they have assumptions as to why but they still can't tell me . Thinking pessimistically I think sales person said what they needed to make the sale . They got me . Still Melfi is awsome
