I came in for technical support without an appointment. Cliff, the technical and service manager, helped me on the spot to get my hard drive to boot up, cleaned it up, deleted programs and downloaded another program to make my older Dell computer run faster and better. He was polite, knowledgeable, did not talk down to me and asked my permission to delete programs. It was a very busy time in the store and he was obviously in charge of a number of staff, getting them assigned to their duties. He did that seamlessly and professionally. I asked him at the end how much I owed him. He gave me a firm handshake and told me to ask for him the next time I was in. I was very impressed with the service I was given and will definitely go to that Staples for my next computer and office needs!

Then, this specific location gets that done in a quick and professional manner. The print staff are always helpful and responsive in my experience. I have used their services many times.
Absolutely terrible. They have awful customer service. The lady behind the service desk didn't want to give us the time of day. She wouldn't help us with the questions we had and kept rolling her eyes acting as if we were an inconvenience. She would not help with anything so we looked up what we needed to do on our own computer and once we found out we came back in 2 minutes later to get what we needed printed and then she proceeded to tell us that they could not print what we needed because they just had a big order come through. We only needed 11 pieces of card stock printed. 11 pieces. When I spoke to the assistant manager he told me that he could not help us. I also told him about the service we received from his employee and he just shrugged us off. We are from out of town and needed 11 pieces printed and they treated us terrible. Do not go to this staples. As a matter of fact we took our business down to the UPS store.
Do not come here to print. 2 hour wait for help printing I was informed after the teller finally got done talking to her work mate. Then printed 9 documents up to 4 pages in length on self service, so far 18 minutes and it is still thinking about the 7th document. Nobody cares.
Good staff, VERY clean store, out of twist erase III mechanical pencils for two weeks (it is a very popular item, so the store should know to be well stocked). If their stock improves and becomes consistent then this review would be five stars.
