Absolutely horrendous service from the store manager (according to his name tag) He was rude and refused to give me my account information, even though I had my id and only needed a simple question answered. When I finally did retrieve my information (by calling customer care) they told me the billing address in the system was wrong and when I told him that he responded with "you should probably fix that." Then walked away. He was not busy. There were no other customers at the time. He was just rude and not at all helpful. That experience was the final straw in me switching to T-Mobile. Half the bill I was getting from sprint, free phones and free Netflix. Never looking back.
I'll never visit an Absloute Wireless store again. Sprint needs to kick this dealer store.
Showed up at 5:50 for a simple phone swap. Got a phone replaced by Apple and had to get it put on my account. Showed up and was told by the guy "I'm closed up already I can't help you" I have never seen a store close up 10 minutes early and just basically tell me my business isn't wanted.

I've had several wireless providers in the past but none have been more professional and courteous as what I've experienced with Sprint. The sales person was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with and made my transition a very painless event. I'm recommending all of my associates to check into the West Town Sprint store to seriously consider switching to Sprint. I am more than satisfied with the whole "Sprint" experience.
Drove across the road to the Sprint store got there at 5:56 and got my issue fixed.
They are usually the least busy sprint store which I like compared to having to wait in line for hours across the street however THE WAIT SEEMS TO BE WORTH IT if you have a serious issue and need to deal with a true cell phone professional. I'd rather wait and get my issue done right at a REAL sprint store. I do sometimes check an upgrade when I'm there inside the mall or ask a QUICK / SIMPLE question, but that's about it. I wouldn't trust them to sell me a plan. ALSO.... I have been in there to pay my bill but they charge me 6 or 7 bucks just to pay them! Doesn't make sense. Bottom line, sometimes waiting turns out to be better. Don't go to west town mall unless it's a simple fix and you're not expecting a great experience.
