I love every department except the shoe selection. It’s always a hot mess with no clear pricing. Even if I see something I like, I don’t buy it since I have no idea how much the shoes are. I don’t get why it’s just this section that’s so disorganized. The rest of the store is organized and clearly labeled.
I would suggest avoiding purchasing an extended warranty from them for electronics of any kind. I did, and was assured it took effect immediately, and all I had to do was call the number on the warranty card for any issue and the item would be replaced. ALL A LIE! My item quit working. I called the warranty number and was snootily informed the item wasn't covered because it had a one year manufacturers warranty...AND HUNG UP ON. So I had to track down how to contact the manufacturer. My item was replaced, but it was not an easy process and DEFINITELY NOT REPLACED BY TARGET.
Typical Target store. My major complaint: as a plus size woman, I really wish they had a better selection of decent quality plus size clothes. The selection is paltry, and the quality leaves much to be desired. They advertised a new plus line 2 years ago. It hasn't lived up to the hype.
For other items, it really is a good store and a great step up from another nationwide chain store.
This target is smaller than the others in Knoxville however the staff are nice and glad to help. It is hidden from the main road and is never crazy busy.
Typical Target location. Well appointed and laid out. The employees are super helpful and friendly. Always enjoy shopping here.
My family appreciates the improved quality of products found at Target. It does cost a bit more then Walmart but I prefer the ethics of the company a bit more then Waltons.
