****UPDATED****

Obviously much less than I paid for the items but better than nothing!

I've always had decent experiences here. I am not a fan of 2nd hand clothes since my daughter has bad allergies so I have never purchased from here. But I have sold here a couple of times and what they pay seems fair being that the only other way I know to sell is on Facebook groups and that does not always work well. When I just need to get clothes out of my house, this place is quick and easy! I dropped off a very small box of clothes and another small box of shoes today; they only took half of it but I still made almost 40$

Love this place. Everything is a good price.

I will never in my life shop or sell clothes here again! I brought in clothes in great condition to be offered basically nothing after I was told that they accept them. Other people bring in clothing and are graciously accepted but if you go look through the clothes they have taken are STAINED and very worn out! Oh yea, I can’t forget the unfriendly staff who look at you crazy when you first walk in. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt after my previous bad visit but after today I will definitely not go back.

I was in the store this week and it is not a great experience that like I previously had. Items were not sorted by size or even by gender. The deals were good, but the staff wasn't as friendly as in the past as well as the overall feel of the store wasn't great. The items on the racks were so crammed that it was hard to even look for items, and verify the sizes and gender (since they were all mixed up) Also, even the price tags on some items were miss labeled with sizes. I don't know what has happened but it wasn't a great experience.

The store is GREAT! I found great clothes at even greater deals. It was so easy and stress free shopping with all of the sizes together. The quality of clothing was great as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

I have never written a review on Google before, but after today I thought I needed to. I have been coming here on and off for several years now and all times I've been there have been decent at best. Their racks are packed so tight that it's hard to look through things, sizes not always correct, and you have to really inspect the clothes because although they seem to be very picky when buying from you, a large percentage of the clothes on their racks have stains, defects, are dingy or very worn out. Their prices are hit or miss. You can find good deals, but you have to search for them. The staff have never been very pleasant and actually quite impersonal or rude most of the time. I have been rudely turned away before when I came in past 7pm with a small bag of clothes (less than 10 shirts) to sell that literally would have taken them 5 minutes to go through. I have sold to them several times and been happy with what I got maybe 50% of the time. I always sort through my stuff before I take it there and only take name brands and pieces that are in great shape, no stains etc. I'm talking Carters, Tea, Gymboree, Baby Gap, Justice etc, but they always seem to turn most of it away. Today was the latest bad experience... I purchased 3 pairs of jeans for my 11yr old daughter in the beginning of December for Christmas. She tried them on and 2 of them are too tight. I know they have a 7 day return policy, which I think is ludicrous to begin with. So I called to see if I could EXCHANGE them for some that did fit. The girl I spoke with was actually very nice, but asked the manager and I was told no. I repeated again that I was not asking to return them, but only to exchange them for ones that fit and still was told that I would not get full value, but I could sell them back to them. Really?! So I'm going to take back jeans that I paid $10-$12 for, with tags still attached, that are in the exact same shape they were in when I bought them and get, what? Maybe $3 or $4 for them and you can turn a profit on the same clothes twice?! No thanks. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and this is not a way to treat customers ANY time of the year, but especially not during the holidays. So in short, this is a place to go when you want to get treated badly, or get rid of clothes in a hurry and are okay with getting penny's for them, or if you want to spend 2 hours picking through crammed clothes in hopes you may find 2 or 3 things in good shape for a good price. All in all, I am very disappointed and I don't think the owners/management even care.
