Always find good deals here, but sometimes the women's dept can be picked over. If you time it right you can find really cute things. I always find good deals for my husband. Not a lot of little boy clothes either :-(

Their men's section was extremely limited. If you aren't looking for active wear clothing, don't shop there. T.J. Maxx or Ross's provides a much better selection.

Love Marshall’s but not a huge fan of this one. The selection is very limited in dresses and athletic wear in comparison to the other stores. It’s very frequent that the clothes are halfway off their hangers, the racks are a mess, or items are on the floor.

One time I went to return a pair of shoes because I got them home, tried them on, and they didn’t fit me. I brought back the reciept and in their original box- even put the stuffing back in the flats- and the sales associate tried to convince me to keep them even after I explained to her I couldn’t get them on my feet. She then tried to accuse me of wearing them and bringing them back and she tossed the box violently into a return bin and proceeded to try to get me to sign up for a credit card. To this day, I still don’t understand why she had such a problem refunding my purchase with the product completely unworn and accompanied by a reciept. Poor customer service.

I live less than 10 minutes from this store in Turkey Creek and I have always loved shopping there until today. I needed to buy a gift card and my mother had asked us to do some of her Christmas Shopping so I thought great we can get everything we need here. We shop and get everything we need and proceed to check out. There is a line (which is totally fine its Wednesday night during the busy holiday season I get it). We get to the front of the line and we're sent to register 5. There is a young girl working the register and I start off with the gift card then she rings everything else up. I tell her I would like to pay $25 for the gift card with cash (since it was a separate gift) and I hand her $30 (1-$20 bill and 1-$10 bill). She's acts flustered marks the $20 and keeps messing with the cash drawer. She finally closes the drawer and I say politely I gave you $30 you owe me $5 back. She says "I'm sorry go ahead and swipe your card when the drawer opens I will get your $5". I swipe my mothers credit card and the drawer doesn't open. She goes to get a manager and tells her "I owe her $5 and need the drawer opened". My daughter starts acting up so my husband comes to get the keys to take her to the car. I turn back around and the manager has her back towards me whispering to the sales associate insinuating I'm not telling the truth because the associate got flustered and thought I handed her $25 cash not $30. Like I'm going to try and con someone out of a whole $5. The manager still has her back towards me saying "we're just going to return everything and start all over" (they want to return 2 big bags full of stuff). The manager turns around and doesn't say anything to me the associate just scans the receipt and then starts scanning the items. I immediately say " I don't think so you want to return everything on a credit card that's not mine and it takes 3-6 business days for the credit to hit the card, you want to ring it all up again charge the card again, and then you want me to wait here while you do that when my husband just took a screaming 2yr old to the car after we just waited in line are you kidding me right now? Your going to open the drawer and give me the $5 you owe me so I can leave". At this point people are looking at us the manager says ok opens the drawer and hands me $5. I was just in awe at how rude and unprofessional that manager was and how untrained the associate was. For them to cause such a scene and try and makes things so complicated over $5 is beyond ridiculous. I work in retail as well so I never try to be "that customer" because I know what it's like to be on the other end of it however I don't think I've ever seen such poor management ever. I would have just sent an email though their website but apparently there is not a link or that option that I could find which I thought was a little odd as well.

I love Marshalls. A little more expensive than other stores alike but also have more name brands.
