I love Sears! Every time I go there those amazing Craftsman tools are on sale. Sometimes 50% off. I've got a lot of my dad's tools. He always bought Craftsman. Some of those tools are 30 years old and still working great! Even if I broke one being 30 years old, I could take it over there today and get a free replacement! Can't beat that! I have a Craftsman mower that I bought 18 years ago, I'm still using it.
I would love to give them a full Five Stars.

I tried to call to voice my concerns with a supervisor, there was no way to leave a message.
Brought a 1600.00 riding lawnmower from Sears online, sight unseen, around June. Lawnmower was delivered on time. Had a problem a few months later with machine not wanting to shift easy. Service repair guy showed up on time. Watched him take whole rear end off to find the problem. Come to find out, I was the problem. I always washed my mower after mowing. I will never wash my mower after seeing first hand the problem this causes. I know Sears is in trouble, but with the exceptional service that I have had with Sears over the years, especially with this mower, I hope they survive. By the way, the he mower I brought was the automatic, 42' cut, 90 anniversary model. 20hp I think. Love this mower. She's the Best....... thanks Sears.
I love getting 50% off as far as I am concerned the best tools out there! On top of that like a big cherry made is USA on all those tools! That's a huge plus!
I bought a treadmill on clearance there tonight. I had to get my truck, since they did not deliver on this particular item. I arrived to the pick-up 2 MINUTES late and the warehouse refused to load my item. Very disappointing. You would if think if you JUST spent money in the store there would be some consideration. There was none. This was the sears (yes lower case) in West Towne Mall in Knoxville, Tn. Oh yeah, the guy I spoke had to ask his supervisor, who was still there, if it was too late to load it. So there were two able-bodied workers there...WHO DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

Now I know that malls across America are dying. But with customer service like that, why would I ever return to your store? They one advantage malls have over online shopping are the people...friendly, professional, engaging people. You just made me a morevested on line shopper.
Most of the staff is very friendly & helpful. I have encountered a couple of younger men, that have no knowledge of tools & a near contempt for informed customers. Their inventory is pretty sparse (atleast in the tool department), & this unfortunately the state of most Sears now.
I dislike how so many things dont have prices or are in the wrong places. Stood in line for 15 minutes just to ask a question. The boy working the register was very unfriendly and shouldnt be allowed to work around the public with the attitude he has. This location is much better than east town, parking lot needs a lil work. But all n all its a pretty good store of variety with great deals when opening CC accounts
